Everything below exists for one reason: to keep this a safe, focused, and genuinely therapeutic space for you and for the practitioners who care for you. By booking an appointment, you're confirming you've read and agreed to these policies. SCHEDULING CHANGES Life happens, and we get it. We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee, since that time was held just for you. YOUR SESSION SPACE We're committed to a safe, respectful, and clinically focused environment for everyone here. Your feedback is always welcome and genuinely valued. That said, treatment decisions, session structure, safety protocols, and professional boundaries stay at the practitioner's discretion — that's how we keep your care effective and your results real. KEEPING THE SPACE SAFE FOR EVERYONE To protect that environment, certain behaviors aren't something we can allow, and they may result in immediate session termination without refund and a decline of future services. These include harassment, threats, or abusive language; sexual comments, advances, or inappropriate contact; hostility, aggression, or confrontational behavior; attempts to pressure or override a practitioner's professional judgment; disregard for boundaries or safety protocols; recording staff without written consent; arriving under the influence of any impairing substance; or any conduct that's unsafe or disruptive to a professional therapeutic setting. OUR RIGHT TO PAUSE OR END SERVICES Fascia Centers reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end services at any time if conduct compromises safety, professional boundaries, treatment effectiveness, or clinic operations. PACKAGES & REFUNDS All packages are non-refundable. Sessions forfeited due to a conduct violation can't be transferred or redeemed.
